I wake up around 07.00. I start the day with my own version of bulletproof coffee. I mix coffee, Collagen, MCT oil and heavy cream or butter. I also take my first round of vitamins. They are right now:

First on my leg, I am currently treating Lyme Disease that i got from a tick i Texas.
Then 10 minutes on my back while doing seated meditation.

Between 10.30-11.00 i take EAA (essential amino acids) and 5 grams of Creatine.
11:30 Time for a workout. Right now i am doing 10 ring pull-ups every day. On day 30 since i started doing these. Then i usually do a few other exercises once a week as an addon for my pull-ups. Shoulder rehab from “Knee´s over toes guy” He has a great youtube channel where he teaches great training modalities.
Once a week i train kettlebells swings 75x20kg without rest. Will increase to 24kg as soon i get my kettlebell from the cabin.
Every other day i hit the heavy bag and mobility training. Very light training now because of the Lyme disease. I also do abs and lower back once a week. Arms the same. Ring pushups.
Thats about it for training at the moment.
Then i hit the shower and finish off the shower with ice cold water.
Lunch is some kind of organic food. Nothing special. No real diet. Just healthy stuff. Carbs, fat and protein. For supplements i take 23ml of Omega 3, Quercetin, NAC, Tocotrienols (E vitamin) and Resistor (ozonated oil).
After lunch i lay on my PEMF mat for 30 min running the recovery program. PEMF stand for pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. I Have the biobalance from Dr Pawluk. It has a ton of health benefits:

3pm i drink a greenshake mixed with one tsp of each of these in the below picture. Except Moringa, which i take 2tsp of.

6pm dinner. Same as lunch, just regular organic food.
Supplements i take is Glutathione (powerful antioxidant), Glycine (for sleep and joints) and Apigenin (cell health, increase autophagy).
Sometime during the day i mix H2 (hydrogen tablet) with water and drink.
Some days i drink one cup of matcha tea for extra antioxidants.
